We have two shuttles to transport guests to and from the wedding venue from the hotels listed in the "travel" tab on our website. The Courtyard, DoubleTree, and Springhill Suites are all located in Carrier Circle. One shuttle will run to and from the DoubleTree (Courtyard and Springhill Suites are within walking distance). Our second shuttle will run to and from the Craftsman Inn and Suites. More details will be provided on the timing of the shuttles.

Traditions at the Links has a large parking lot. Vehicles can be left there overnight if needed but must be picked up by 12 pm the following day.

The ceremony will begin at 4:30 pm. A cash bar will open at 3:30 pm for drinks before the ceremony. We ask that guests arrive at least 30 minutes before so that everyone can be seated on time.

Yes! There will be an after-party at the Craftsman Inn and Suites. The cash bar will be open from 10 pm - 12 am! This is 6 minutes from our wedding venue.

We have chosen to make our special day a child-free event. We appreciate your understanding!
